After trying several different programs that all claimed to be simple and easy to use, GuestALL fulfills that promise. I am able to move around in the program to find information or make changes and correction without a hitch. The program enables me to easily tailor it to my needs that I am always surprised. This is one of the best kept secrets on the computer program market!

I've been using GuestAll since Feb. 2, 1997. The system is so easy to use and does a great job of keeping up with reservations, making receipts and record keeping. I would recommend this software to anyone interested in managing a bed an breakfast or inn.

We have been using GuestAll for several months now, and we are not the conventional Bed and Breakfast. We are a full Guest Ranch in the Summer and a B&B in the winter, so we have very different needs than most Inns. When we approached GuestALL about making changes which would enhance the program so that Guest Ranches could use it, they were very cooperative and acted on our requests right away. We have tried many different reservation systems in the past, and none have been adequate for both a B&B and a Guest Ranch. This Program goes hand in hand with both businesses and works very well. When we discuss changes with GuestALL, they are willing to try to accommodate quickly. Although no reservation program can be totally perfect, and will need to be modified for improvements periodically, this is as close as we have found. We recommend that any Guest Ranch, Country Inn or B&B try and buy!

We're happy with GuestAll for it does everything we need it to do for our small business of both a bed and breakfast and cabin. It gives us reports, keeps us from over booking, tells us how much money we've made, keeps track of our expenses, and is always there when we need it. It is so user friendly that anyone can use it. And the great part is that it's a lot of program for a small amount of money.

Thanks very much for the complimentary download of version 8.0. As far as overall service, we are very satisfied with your ever-improving product (Guestall), and the level of tech-support is astounding. You've always been quick to respond to any questions, and in fact used some of our suggestions to modify future versions of Guestall! We really feel "connected", and since this was our first attempt at using software in running our Bed and Breakfast, it has been a very positive experience.
